The Journal is a tool to help you identify, and ultimately break old habits and appetites by inspiring you to feel, write, read and do many things you may never have taken the time to focus on before. The value of journaling is reinforced by the brilliant physicist Albert Einstein who is paraphrased as saying, “Our brains are used for thinking, but pen and paper is to write down things we want to remember.” I know this is “old school” but it is worth a try not to get distracted while inputting information on your phone.
